Prince7 Honors NANS Invitation
Honoring an invitation from the National Association Of Nigerian Students(NANS) Cross River State Chapter, to attend a Peace and Security Summit which held today, at Transcorp Hotels, Calabar.
While speaking to Nigerian Students that were present at Transcorp Hotels for the summit, Prince God’swill Edward thanked the organizers and students. He also stressed on the fact that programs like this should be organized more often to help create the awareness and educate the Nigerian Students on the need to engage in Nation building. Pointing that the job of Nation building is largely a job for the contemporary youths.
While Speaking to News men after the Summit, Prince Edward also called on the State and Federal Government to create Rehabilitation Centers as a matter of urgency for cultists who are willing to denounce Cultism and also set up programs to help reintegrate them back into the society.
The summit was themed: ANTI-SOCIAL VICES IN OUR TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS, A BANE AGAINST DEVELOPMENT; CAUSES, EFFECTS AND SOLUTIONS.
The summit was organized to enlightened and educate Nigerian Students on the dangers and menaces of engaging in Cultism.
The summit also had in attendance, top officials from The Police, The FRSC, The DSS, Representative of
Sen. Sandy Onor, Students Leaders and Pressmen.
Prince God’swill Edward also presented an Award of Honor, on behalf of the Association, to an outstanding Cross Riverian and Patron of NANS, Barr. Edem Ekong.
